Opioid settlement funds for cooling center

The program director of Love Unlimited Community Outreach, which serves weekly meals to people with addiction and mental health issues, asked whether her organization could apply for opioid settlement funds. She was told a future committee process would accept applications, and noted her group helps with the cooling center one day a week.
