Fendrich Golf Course sprigging and winter rates
Summary
Winter kill wiped out much of Fendrich's back-nine Bermuda grass, so the course is being sprigged starting around June 11. Rates drop to $17 walk/$12 cart for up to a month to keep golfers coming while fairways recover.

Impact analysis
Lower green fees for about a month, but the non-reverting golf fund absorbs the discount while the long-term fix protects the course.
Golfers get cheaper rounds while conditions recover; the course benefits long-term from healthier fairways.
Golfers who prefer full playing conditions may find roped-off, disrupted fairways on the back nine.
