Redden private recreational use

Says she was outbid on the neighboring property expecting a home to be built, complains of mud from Redden's unmaintained road and junk on the lot, and opposes a 'shack' and hunting near homes full of children.

Says the area is becoming residential, not wilderness; hunting of any kind near so many children is dangerous and the parcel is too small to hunt safely.

Lives adjacent with a small daughter and says he and his neighbors with young kids are all opposed.
