Haas v. Rhodes Drainage Obstruction

Told the board the ditch obstruction was cleaned up by Mr. Rhodes and thanked them for the push, though he believes debris contributed to his 24-inch driveway pipe being three-quarters full.

Apologized for dumping material in the ditch, accepted full responsibility, said he cleaned it up and it won't happen again, and asked about the legality of concrete near drainage ditches.
