Fenley Detached Garage Variance

A neighbor on E. 110th Street opposed the large garage, saying it sits on a small sliver of lot behind the house and that oversized legacy structures don't fit the neighborhood's character.

The neighbor across the street supported the garage after speaking with the owners, asking only that construction be finished quickly since the street has no sidewalks.
